"For over a year, I have personally been cared for the Primary Home Care Giver of Easy Life Home Care (Natalia). While, like many, I had not expected to require ongoing health care, but when the circumstance arose I chose home care rather than a rehabilitation facility.

This Caregiver provides all of that and more including vitals management, medicine reminders, light house keeping, laundry and meal preparation. Rather than treating me as a "disabled and sickly" older person, she treats me as a valued individual and encourages my continued progress.

In addition to her advanced expertise and professional skills, she is the proverbial "breath of fresh air" who adds positivity and humor to the situation. As we know, it is critical to be surrounded by people who concentrate on what we can do rather than what we can no longer do.

She follows the CBC guidelines while providing incredible care. Natalia stays focused on caring for me as her patient and like some other caregivers does not just come to the house, put in her time, perform the perfunctory task and then play on her phone. Natalia is always engaged with me providing superb home care at every level.
